Having some difficulties these days…Let’s say a lot of challenges to master. Sometimes it is important to keep in mind that we can only surpass ourselves when we are facing our limits.

sunrise bondi

Here I am, sitting in a internet cafe skyping with a friend in Japan, knowing that I have got nowhere to sleep starting from Saturday.

Am I looking for an accommodation? Yes. Have I found something? No, otherwise this post wouldn’t be named almost homeless, would it? ;) Am I stopping skype or writing a post because of this? No! Does this makes me sad? Maybe a bit. Do I feel helpless? Not yet. Will family and friends of mine be worried? Not too much, I hope. They know I’ll find a way or at least a nice bridge ;)

Harbour Bridge

Guess most will have seen it on TV – there was a great dust storm over the Sydney area on Wednesday, for the first time in 70 years. When I woke up – too late because it was not really bright – I thought..hmm..quite orange.. I didn’t see the peak since that was before seven, but there was still a lot of dust…everywhere: on the street, the cars.

I went to the New South Wales Art Gallery in Sydney last week and while walking through the asian exhibition I noticed an old Caligraphy – I’ll try to quote as good as I can:

A man’s horse run away. When his neighbours noticed that they said “bad luck“. He just smiled.

After two days the horse came back, bringing a beautiful stallion. Thus the man had now two horses. His neighbours said “good luck“. He only smiled.

The son of the man tried to ride the wild stallion, he fell and broke his legs. His neighbours, feeling pity said “bad luck“, but he smiled.
